The Reunion for March 18 - 22, 2009 has been set for
the
Ocean Drive Beach & Golf Resort,
98 North Ocean Boulevard
North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina 29582
Hotel information will be added to the Reunion Page as it develops.
The contract has been signed
with the Ocean
Drive Beach and Golf Resort for March 18, 2009 – March
22, 2009.
The Guest Room rate is available from Sunday, March 15 through Thursday,
March 26, 2009.
Individuals can make room reservations now through January 30, 2009,
just mention the
41st MAS
Reunion March 18 – 22, 2009. Reservations received after
January 30, 2009 will be provided on a rate and availability basis, in
other words no guarantees at our group rate.
The itinerary for the reunion (subject to change) is being
planned as:
Wednesday: Registration and getting settled in.
Hospitality room open until?
Thursday: Registration and getting settled in.
Hospitality room open until?
Friday: Registration and getting settled in.
At night we have dinner.
Hospitality room open before and after dinner until?
Saturday: We have our general meeting and election
of officers.
In the evening, we have a dinner and
raffle (sneak peak).
Hospitality room open before and after dinner until?
Sunday: Everyone heads home.
